Customer called in with leaking in her kitchen. We performed our free roof and storm damage inspection. We did not find any storm damage but did find problems in the valleys and the ridge over her kitchen. We provided her an estimate to repair the problem areas. We took care of the issues with a partial roof replacement over her kitchen and she is now leak free. Another happy customer in the KEE Roofing family.

Mr Watt called in when he discovered a leak in his dining room. We came out and performed our free roof inspection. In the process of chasing down the leak we discovered a significant amount of hail damage on the roof and the gutters of his house. We advised him to file a claim with his insurance company. Mr watt filed a claim and after we met with his insurance adjuster several times we were able to get him approved for full roof and gutter replacement. Mrs Brown called in after arriving home one day and finding multiple shingles blown off of her roof due to a storm that occurred while she was at work. We came out and performed our free storm damage inspection and found dozens of wind blown shingles and significant hail damage. Mrs Brown filled a claim with her insurance company and we came out and meet with the insurance adjuster and were able to get her approved for a full roof replacement. New roof coming soon!

This customer called in stating there was a leak that was believed to be coming from their chimney. I put new flashing around the chimney. I also replaced 3 pipe boots on the roof to prevent future leaks. Customer was very pleased with the roof repair.

This home owner called us out for a free storm damage inspection after the recent storms. We performed of full storm damage inspection and found heavy hail damage on The customers roof. We walked the customer through the claims process and will be meeting with the adjuster. New roof coming soon.

Mr Denherder called us when a fall windstorm blew a tree down on his beautiful home in Travelers Rest SC. We came out and performed our free storm damage inspection. Along with the damage from the tree falling we found significant hail damage on all slopes of the roof as well as damage to his gutters and downspouts. We met with the adjuster on the customers behalf and were able to get him approved for a full roof replacement. New roof coming soon.

Jenniffer called in because she had a leak in her master bathroom that she noticed after some recent heavy rains. We came out and performed our free storm damage inspection. We found the leak was coming from a bad pipe boot on her roof. We also found that she had damage on her roof caused by a recent hailstorm. Jenniffer filed a claim with her insurance. We met with her insurance adjuster and were able to get her approved for a full roof replacement. Jenniffer loves her new Moire Black Landmark Shingles.

Mr McDaniel called us when he found a small leak in his bathroom. We came out and performed our free full roof inspection. During my inspection I was able to track the cause of the leak to a dry rotted pipe boot. I checked the other pipe boot and found that although it was not leaking yet it was dry rotted as well. We sent him an estimate that afternoon to replace both old pipe boots as well as seal some exposed nail heads. Mr McDaniel accepted our estimate and the work will be completed by the end of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Jones called us from the Providence Subdivision for a free roof inspection after finding a leak in their sunroom. During our inspection we found hail damage on all slopes of the roof. The Jones' decided to file a claim with their insurance company. We met with the insurance adjuster on site and he agreed that there was sufficient damage and agreed to a full roof replacement as well as gutters. New roof and gutters coming soon!

Mrs. Donald called in with several leaks inside her home located in Greenville S.C. She found out about us on Facebook from one of our many videos. We performed our free storm damage inspection on the full property as well as inside her attic. Although we did not find any sudden and accidental damage caused by storms we did find the cause of her leaks. Three worn out pipe boots were leaking water directly into her attic space. We are providing Mrs. Donald with an estimate for repairs and look forward to earning her business.

Mr Garrett called in with multiple leaks on the back right slope of his roof. We provided Mr. Garrett with a quote for partial roof replacement that included new step flashing and the replacement of the stove pipe vent.
