These homeowners here in beautiful Piedmont, SC requested a free roof inspection through Facebook. They recently moved into the home over the summer and have noticed a couple different water spots in their ceiling. During my inspection I did find a good bit of storm related damage. However, not enough to file. I spoke with the homeowners at great length post inspection about the damages located and documented. They requested an estimate for a full roof replacement. they said better to be proactive and be ahead of the possible problems versus having to be reactive once the problems occur. This homeowner called in requesting a free roof inspection out of Piedmont, SC. She and her husband had noticed a pretty large leak in their living roof after the recent rain and storms we have had in the Upstate. I came out and conducted my inspections and found a ton of sudden and accidental damages caused by recent hail storms. On the roof it was a lot of the same. I found more then enough damage atop the roof to warrant a full replacement. I spoke with the homeowners at length afterwards and was we went over several different things and they decided to file a claim for the damages. This homeowner sold me mine and my fiancé our wedding bands for our upcoming wedding at Diamond Direct in Greenville, SC. Through conversation we spoke at length and he ultimately requested a roof inspection. I was happy to come out. During my inspection I found a good bit of collateral damage around the property on downspouts, window screens, gutters, etc. On the roof I found a significant amount of hail damage to his architectural shingle roof. He is going to be filing a claim through his insurance carrier, State Farm! I look forward to working with this homeowner moving forward.

This customer requested a full roof inspection a couple weeks ago through conversation outside of his gym, Sportless, in Boiling Springs. I was able to finally get out to his home and conduct a full storm damage inspection on both the property and the roof. During my inspection I found little to no sudden and accidental damages. His roof was in solid condition overall. I recommended that he rest assured that he has a very sound roof over his head.

This homeowner called in requesting a free roof inspection. She knows her roof has some age to it and was wanting to know how much storm damage it has on it. Atop the roof I was able to locate more than enough sudden and accidental damage caused by recent hail storms. Not only that but she has significant storm damage on all elevations of the home. She agreed, after seeing photos of the damages, that filing a claim was the best route. She has an adjuster coming out later this week and I look forward to being back out at the home for a second time to meet with him!

This homeowner was victim to a large hail storm in August of 2021 out in Pauline, SC. He requested I come out and preform an inspection on his roof. I came out and conducted a storm damage inspection on both his property and his roof, to include the roof on his detached garage. During my inspection I identified damage caused by the recent hail storm on all elevations of the home to include several downspouts, gutters, window screens and his roof. The homeowner, insured with USAA, has filed a claim and has an adjuster coming out in the coming days! I look forward to being back out at the home to meet with him!

The homeowner saw our crew down the road in the neighborhood off of Pelham Rd in Greenville, SC. He walked down and expressed an interest in a free roof inspection. I came out same day and conducted a roof inspection. During my inspection I found a significant amount of storm damage and recommended he file a claim through his homeowners insurance. The homeowners son called into KEE Roofing from Easley, SC wanting a free, no obligation roof inspection conducted on his elderly parents home. I came out and preformed a full storm damage inspection around the property to include the roof. I found sudden and accidental damage on all elevations of the home and more then enough damage atop the roof caused by recent hail storms to warrant a claim. The homeowners son agreed that filing a claim was what he wanted to do. We have an adjuster coming out next week to preform an adjustment on the property. This homeowner called in requesting a free roof inspection from the west side of Spartanburg county. We went out and conducted a thorough storm damage inspection on the roof as well as the property. During my inspection I found a significant amount of hail damage. After speaking to the homeowner it was decided that it would be best to file a claim through his insurance company for the damages caused by recent storms. The insurance carrier, State Farm, sent out a third party independent contractor who is also an unlicensed adjuster to preform the inspection. During the inspection it was discovered that the technician from the third party hired was operating in a bad faith manner and not keeping the the insured's best interest in mind. The homeowner has requested a re-inspection from State Farm by a licensed adjuster. We look forward to coming back out to the property to meet with the adjuster. A solid example that we will fight for you regardless of what it takes.

The homeowner was referred to me by a previous customer! I went out to the home in the Inman, SC near the Woodfin Ridge community and conducted a full roof inspection. During my inspection I was able to identify a significant amount of sudden and accidental damage caused by recent hail storms. At the conclusion of my inspection I took the time to discuss my findings with the homeowner and ensured that he had a chance to see firsthand the damage atop his roof. I recommended to the homeowner that he reach out to his insurance carrier and file a claim for the damages. He did, I came back out to his home a second time to meet with his insurance adjuster and he was approved for a full roof replacement. New roof coming soon!!!

Homeowner called in off of Google from Taylors, SC requesting a free roof inspection, stating that he was leaking on the interior of his home. I went out and met the homeowner, a US Air Force Veteran, and conducted my full storm damage inspection on both his property and his roof. During my inspection I discovered and documented a significant amount of sudden and accidental damage caused by recent hail storms in the area. Once providing the documentation of the damage to the homeowner he decided to go ahead and file a claim through his insurance carrier, State Farm. I will be going out to his property for the second time to meet with the licensed adjuster assigned to his claim to ensure all damages are documented, marked and photographed which ultimately will put him in the best position for an approval for a full roof replacement.

I went out to conduct a full roof inspection at this customers home on the east side of Spartanburg. During my inspection I identified several hail impact marks atop the roof. All of the soft metals on the roof had been beaten with multiple hail storms this storm season. There was also a significant amount of collateral damage to the property. We are actively working on getting an adjuster to come out from the insurance carrier. There is enough damage to warrant a replacement and given that the damage is sudden and accidental, the insurance carrier would be responsible for building the home to pre storm conditions.

Customer called us out to provide an estimate for the cost of a full roof replacement. While meeting with the customer he had stated that he had already been approved through his insurance carrier for the full roof replacement. I went ahead and conducted my free roof inspection to include a storm damage inspection around the property. I found an awful amount of collateral damage to his home aside from his roof. We will be working with his insurance carrier to have the damaged items included into the original scope of work! New roof coming soon!

Came back out to this home to meet with the independent adjuster from USAA. He approved the roof for full replacement. He is also going to include several items around the property to be repaired/replaced that have sustained sudden and accidental damages! New roof coming soon!
