Homeowner called into KEE Roofing looking for an estimate to repair their roof. They wanted us to come out and take a look at it to see if a repair or replacement was needed. I went out to Pickens, SC and completed my roof inspection. Customer called us because they were looking for roof replacement estimate to replace their old roof. I conducted a free roof inspection and found wind and hail damage to their roofing shingles. I walked them though the claim process and came back today and met with their insurance adjuster. Full roof replacement was approved by their insurance company for storm damage. New roof coming soon!
Here's a nice metal roof that we completed for Mr. Rosa in Pickens, SC. last week. We mechanically fastened 26 gauge corrugate metal panels and installed a full new metal roof for him. Color, Copper Penny. New 6 inch seamless gutters to match, coming next week.
We started work on a new metal roof today. This one will be a full metal roof replacement in Pickens, South Carolina for Mr. Rosa. New metal roof color will be Copper Penny.
We inspected the roof for hail damage and found shingle damage to full roof and soft metals. Customer is filing a claim with State Farm and we will be coming back to meet with their adjuster to push for full roof replacement due to hail damages.
Here we did a full shingle roof tear-off and then replaced damage decking from a tree that had fallen on the house. Once we replaced the damaged decking, we installed all new synthetic underlayment and ice and water guard in all the valleys. Lastly, we then installed a brand new classic rib corrugated metal roof, color Ever Classic Green. We also completed interior repairs on this one, as well as installed new, upgraded 6 inch gutters and high-grade gutter covers to match.
