Favorite Aspect of My Job:I like working outside in the elements. Free of walls, I love being able to tell the time not from a clock but from the position of the sun. It makes my day feel like it’s going much faster. And if I’m lucky I’ll get to see some wildlife in the area.
Hobbies:I enjoy carpentry. It’s something I’ve done for many years. I also enjoy music and playing my Guitar. Video games are cool to. But I put all that aside to spend time with my children when they ask.

Josh took the time to show me some preliminary photos and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. The follow up email with lots of pictures of the work being done was a very nice feature of their service as well.

Wonderful experience
We are in love with our new roof. The crew was simply AWESOME. They started at 7:20 am removing the old roof and by 4:30 they were done with the house and detached garage. This included cleanup. They even rolled the yard to make sure all the nails were cleaned up for our fur babies. Kee Roofing is the BEST!

Quality job and customer focused!
Great experience with KEE roofing at a reasonable price! We had three questionable spots in our attic with minor water damage (darkening in the plywood) ... one of them had a minor visible leak during heavy/driving rain. Ben came out and did the quote ... the initial work was done within a few days of the quote. I appreciated the balanced perspective Ben/KEE took in terms of only trying to fix current issues and those that were lurking close behind. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, but he didn't just look at the problems I found either. His roof tune-up was the right scope! About a week after the repair, we had a relatively strong storm and I noticed one area of concern. The team was incredibly receptive to the issue. Not only did they fix it, but they went above and beyond to look for concerns even beyond the original scope of work ... and addressed them. Shout out to Joshua, his repair crew, Beverly, Olivia, Sarah, and Corey as well. Very pleased with the way this company does business. When I need roof repair or a roof replacement, i will definitely call them again.

Attentive to customer’s needs
Joshua and the team were solid. They crawled thru the attic and performed a thorough inspection to ensure they identified source of all leaks. Then, they went above and beyond to repair those locations and replace 3 pipe boots. This was great service and beyond the original scope of repair. They looked for areas of concern. SPECIAL Credit needs to be said about the Project Manager, Josh, who went over and above all expectations in his effort to make it a great job. He was even here at 10pm taking care of loose ends to make sure that no detail was overlooked. Satisfied with work, not with planning
The initial process for submitting a claim was relatively easy and helpful. Once the claim was approved, I found the scheduling and communication to be frustrating. While some delays are to be expected with current logistic/employment issues, I found myself in November waiting to get a new roof with an initial work date in the first week of June. Getting any kind of status update became burdensome due to lack of call backs/progress moving forward. I pretty much had to get someone from production on the phone when I called to receive any kind of information. The install was relatively event free except for the fact that one of the work trucks (a dually with a dumpster) leaked oil onto my driveway. Oil is incredibly difficult to remove and we had just had the driveway cleaned. We tried to wait till the roof was completed but found ourselves in October with a dirty house/driveway and still no roof. Now I'm in November with a house that's not as clean and an oil stained driveway.
