I preformed a free roof inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, on all soft metal box vents, also on chimney flashing. They filed a claim with Liberty Mutual and were approved for a full roof replacement. They chose Certainteed, Landmark, Burnt Sienna shingles and were very happy with how their new roof came together.
We completed another nice full roof replacement, We were able to get him done in time for closing. We did a full synthetic underlayment free upgrade for the customer as well as a free shingle upgrade to a lifetime-warrantied Certainteed architectural shingle. The Landmark Moire color turned out great! This was another 1 day roof install!
KEE Roofing received a call from this customer who was having a roof leak that was causing interior water spots and damage. He decided to go ahead and have a full roof inspection done to see if he had storm damage. I went out to his home and performed a full ground inspection as well as full roof inspection. I found hail damage to his gutters, downspouts, all soft metals, and every slope of the roof. I showed him all of the photos from my inspection and he decided to file an insurance claim with Homesite. I met with the adjuster on site and he was approved for a full roof replacement and interior repairs. He is now waiting on his brand new roof!
