Customer called in wanting an inspection on a home she is interested in buying. We were able to come out the same day and compile a condition report for her roof. Also while onsite we performed a full storm inspection on her entire home. Overall the roof was in decent shape but I did find some issues that would need to be resolved to have the roof in top notch condition. I’ve sent roof report and repair recommendations directly after.

Clemson, SC - Completed full inspection. We found water damage. Roof is very old, I also found separated siding from strong winds. We will help file claim with customer's insurance, and come back to meet with an adjuster to push for full roof and sidings replacement.
