We previously completed a residential roof replacement for this customer a few years back. They've since moved into a new home and got hit by the large hail storms on May 4th and 5th so they called KEE Roofing to come out and do a free storm damage inspection on their roof. I went out to their home in the Rainwater Subdivision and performed my ground inspection as well as my roof inspection. After completing my inspections, I found hail damage to their downspouts, wooden fence, window screens, and all slopes of the roof. I let them know that they had definite damage to warrant an insurance claim. He filed his claim with State Farm and I met the adjuster on site when they came out to document their findings. He agreed that there was hail damage. This customer is now waiting on their brand new roof!

This customer called in from the Woodsberry Subdivision after seeing our signs in the neighborhood. He called for a Free Storm Damage Inspection. Upon arriving and doing my Full Inspection, I found definite hail damage to all slopes of the roof, gutters, downspouts, some window screens, and damage to the wooden fence. I let the customer know there was more than enough damage to warrant filing a claim with State Farm. The adjuster came out and he has been approved for a Full Roof Replacement along with several other Items. New roof coming soon!

Customer called us as a referral from a previous customer in the Woodsberry subdivision. I inspected the full property and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, downspouts and windows screens. Bryan, one of our previous customer from 8 years ago in the Woodsberry subdivision, called us back do a full property and roof inspection. I found hail damage on all slopes of his roof, downspouts, window screens, HVAC unit, fence and deck staining. Even though we replaced his roof only 8 years ago, the very large hail stones damaged his roof, voiding his manufacturer's shingle warranty and decreasing the life of his new shingles. Due to this, I walked customer through the insurance claim process again and he is filing a claim for hail damages with his insurance company. I will be back to meet with his adjuster to point out all of the damages that I found. New roof coming soon!

Customer has already started the insurance claim process with Safeco. We will be coming back out to meet with his insurance adjuster and assisting in pointing out all of the hail damages.
