Today’s customer was very nice and a joy to work with. She was approved through her insurance for a full roof restoration. She even had two layers of shingles. Customer also had new ridge vent installed. It was not previously installed on her home and caused venting issues. But now she has proper ventilation. We installed Charcoal black Landmark shingles on this customers home.
This customer chose to have Certainteed Landmark Charcoal black architectural shingles installed on her home. This was a one day install with small decking repairs. The owner used to have aluminum ridge vent installed on her home. Today she has Tribuilt ridge vent installed with Xt 25 Moire black cap shingles.
These customers here are all set. It took the crew one day to complete this job. No problems of any kind. The decking was in good shape. A couple places need to be replaced. But nothing major. The landmark certainteed charcoal black shingles match this home very well. Our teams have also reshingled both neighbors to the right of the house.

I went out and conducted my roof inspection and found the cause of the leak. While conducting my full roof inspection, I found a significant amount of damage caused by recent hail storms. After speaking with the homeowner, he said he was going to call and file an insurance claim for hail damage through his carrier, Allstate.
