This customer also called us as a referral from another customer in the Botany Woods subdivision. I met with the customer, who was concerned about storm damage to his house from the tornado that touched down one street over. I completed my full free roof inspection and found hail a damage on all slopes of the roof, gutters, gutter guards, window wraps, shed roof, window screens, and deck stain. Due to COVID-19, State Farm did not want to send out an insurance adjuster to inspect his home, so we will be sending our Xactimate estimate, arial overview and damage photos directly to his insurance adjuster for approval. Customer called looking for a roof replacement quote due to the age of their roof. Other contractors came and gave them a retail full roof replacement quote. After doing my full roof inspection,I found hail damage to the vents and shingles on the roof. I looked at the hail reports and they had 9+ hail storms at this location. I recommended we file a claim with Allstate for storm damage, rather than having to pay full price out of pocket.
Customer called after recent storms with heavy rain and strong winds that caused a leak in his roof. I met with the customer did a full roof inspection. He’s leaking from missing ridge cap shingles on his ridge vents. I did a full inspection for storm damage, but did not find enough hail or wind damage to go through Allstate to warrant a claim. We just finished up a nice one here for this customer in Greenville, SC. This was a one day roof replacement install. We were able to assist in getting this customer approved through Liberty Mutual due to hail damages. We also gave this customer a free upgrade to a CertainTeed lifetime warrantied architectural shingle. Color Charcoal Black. We were also able to get their gutters included in their claim and did a full seamless gutter replacement as well.
Mr. and Mrs. Rochester called us after doing an online search for "best roof repair near me." We received a call from this customer after they had a hard rain and a troublesome roof leak. We came out and performed a full free inspection, as well as pulled a free hail report that looked back at this property's weather history for the past seven years. Upon reviewing the hail report, it showed 7 plus hail storms at this location. We then performed our full free property inspection to verify the cause of the leak issue, as well as to verify if there was enough legitimate hail damage to warrant filing an insurance claim. Upon full inspection, we found hail damage to both slopes of the roof, the gutters, downspouts, and all 4 HVAC units, as well as interior damage caused from the roof leak. We recommended the customer file a claim with their insurance carrier based on our findings and then walked them through the insurance claim process. We then installed a tarp to mitigate any further interior damage from occurring in the meantime.
