This customer came in through our KEE Roofing Facebook page and was wanting a roof inspection for hail damage. I went out to the property and completed my full ground and roof inspection where I found damage to the gutters, downspouts, window screens, the aluminum fascia, as well as every slope of the roof. The customer filed an insurance claim with Geico and was approved for a full roof replacement as well as other items. New roof coming soon!
Customer called KEE Roofing due to storm damage and a leak. Colin inspected the property and found hail damage to the full roof, gutters, and downspouts. He advised Mrs. Gaffney to file an insurance claim with Allstate. Colin came back and met with insurance adjuster to address the hail damage he found. Allstate approved this home for a full roof replacement, as well as the other exterior damages. New roof coming soon!
We did a repair for this customer a few years ago, in the Pennington subdivision in Greer, SC. Now they called us again with a different leaking issue. I pulled an updated hail report and found several new hail impact dates at their home. I conducted a full free roof inspection and found new hail damage to the shingles, downspouts and soft metals on their roof. I walked the customer through the claim process and will be coming back to meet with their insurance adjuster for his inspection as well.
Completed full inspection and found damage to the roof. Unfortunately this is an installation issue from the previous roofing contractor, so we will be writing a free repair estimate for the customer due to this not qualifying for an insurance claim.
Customer called from Greer, SC because they noticed roof leaks inside their home and water spots on the ceiling. I did a full property inspection and found damaged shingles. Damage was not caused by hail and it is standard mechanical damage from previous roofing contractor's roof install ...I wrote customer a free roof repair estimate.
I met a third party ladder assist out on this inspection today for Mrs. Brown's hail damage inspection. I was certainly expecting to meet with an actual Allstate licensed insurance adjuster onsite; considering this was only a one story walkable roof. The third party gentleman documented the hail damage I showed him, to some extent, but disregarded a lot of the collateral damage that I pointed out to him. Should Allstate decide to deny the roof replacement based on an unlicensed inspection, Mrs. Brown will be requesting that an actual licensed insurance adjuster from Allstate come back out and do a proper onsite re-inspection.
Here we just completed a new full roof replacement for the the Phillips family in Greer, SC. Unfortunately they had experienced several fallen trees and hail storms at their home, but the good news is, we were able to get them approved for a full new roof replacement through Travelers for storm related damages. We were also able to give them a free upgrade to a lifetime warrantied architectural shingle. It was a pleasure working with this lovely family and we thank them very much for their business!
