This homeowner was victim to a large hail storm in August of 2021 out in Pauline, SC. He requested I come out and preform an inspection on his roof. I came out and conducted a storm damage inspection on both his property and his roof, to include the roof on his detached garage. During my inspection I identified damage caused by the recent hail storm on all elevations of the home to include several downspouts, gutters, window screens and his roof. The homeowner, insured with USAA, has filed a claim and has an adjuster coming out in the coming days! I look forward to being back out at the home to meet with him!
Doug made sure to explain what he was looking for and when he found things, he made sure to explain what his findings were! Excellent customer service, and extremely knowledgeable!
Thank you so much for your feedback! We certainly appreciate hearing how your experience went with Douglas! He just got out of training last week and already has had great positive feedback from many of his new customers. Great job Douglas!!
It was a great experience. Douglas took the time to show me the damages not seen by the untrained eye cause by hail and storm damages. He was thorough and attentive to detail. I look forward to working him through this process.
Hi Mr. Splawn! Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your experience with Douglas! He truly has been a shining example of what it means to be a part of the KEE Team! Way to go Doug!
Customer called me wanting a free roof inspection from Pauline, SC. He wanted to know the condition of the roof given the size of hail they have had in recent hail storms. I went out and conducted a free roof inspection and discovered an awful amount of damage to both the property and roof caused by hail damage. I suggested that he file a claim for hail damage with his insurance carrier, USAA. I believe he has an amazing chance at getting the property and home back to pre-storm condition! I look forward to working with this Marine Corps Veteran in an effort to get his roof replaced!
