This customer called us from the Stonehaven Subdivision in Simpsonville with leaking skylight issues. I conducted my full roof inspection and found multiple issues with her old skylights and they needed to be replaced. I also found hail damage to her roof as well. I presented the option of replacing the skylights out of pocket or filing a claim for the hail damage and in getting the whole roof approved for hail damages, get the skylights included in the insurance claim due to the hail damage on the skylights also. His insurance is wanting him to repair the roof however it is not repairable as it failed the brittle test so we are working with State Farm to acquire a reinspection so that I can be on site to represent this customer when the adjuster comes out!
