This customer came in from the River Shoals subdivision through our online request form. We gave her a call where we found out that she was having some leaks around her skylights and she informed us that some shingles had blown off during the last storm. She was initially wanting a status update on her roof but after performing my full storm damage inspection where I found significant hail damage, I showed her the photos and she decided to file a claim with Progressive. I met with the adjuster on site and she has been approved for a Full Roof Replacement. New roof coming soon!
Customer called KEE Roofing for a free storm inspection to see if she would qualify for a full roof replacement. Colin went out to her home and performed his full inspection from which he found more than enough hail damage to warrant an insurance claim. Mrs. Martinez filed the claim and Colin met with the adjuster from State Farm. She has now been approved for a Full Roof Replacement! New Roof Coming Soon!!
I met with the customer and we spoke about her roof concerns and regarding my free roof inspection. I performed a full roof inspection, but did not find enough hail damage on the roof, sufficient enough to warrant an insurance claim. I found a couple dents on the downspouts and a few hail hits on the stove pipes, but again not enough to warrant a claim at this time. I informed the customer that we are currently monitoring the address for future storms and to give us a call if we can ever help her out. The customer was very happy and grateful.

Customer in the Hollington Subdivision called us with roofing concerns after experiencing a strong wind storm. He didn't realize it at the time, but due to all the high-winds from last week, he had sections of shingles missing on his roof. Upon further roof inspection, I found large sections of wind damaged shingles missing from his roof, both on the front and back of his home. This was due to an insurance covered event, sudden and accidental wind damage. Due to my findings, I walked the customer through the insurance claim process and will be coming back out to meet with his insurance adjuster onsite next week. Due to all the rains and missing sections of shingles, the customer opted to request an emergency temporary roof repair be done. We installed tarps over all the sections of his roof where he had missing shingles. With all the rain we have been having, this will stop further roof leaks from occurring while waiting on his adjuster inspection.
Customer’s neighbor referred him to us based on recent storm damage in the neighborhood. Fortunately for Mr. Patel, had not sustained the same extent of storm damage as his neighbor. I let him know that his roof was in good shape and that he had another 10-12 years of life left in his roof. We will monitor his address for future hail storms though and will follow up with him again for another free roof inspection when we get notified of future hail storms that impact his specific home address. Customer called us with a roof leak. I completed my full free roof and siding inspection. After reviewing her digital hail report, the hail damage to her roof, gutters and downspouts, as well as her roof leaking issues, I recommended filing a claim with her insurance company. I came out and did a full free roof inspection for this customer in the Simpsonville area. I conducted my full hail damage inspection on the entire property. Customer is leaking on the inside drywall ceiling so they called KEE Roofing to come out and do a free inspection. I believe their leaking roof is due to the hail damage I found. Customer is failing a claim with insurance. I will be back to meet their adjuster.
