I went out to Travelers Rest, South Carolina today and conducted a free roof inspection. I went over all of my findings with the homeowners. I met with Dan at his home and found that he had wind damaged shingles on his roof from the recent strong wind storms. We are going to talk with his insurance company to see if we can assist in helping him get approved for a new full roof replacement, which he is very much in need of. Dan and his wife are very nice people and it was a pleasure to meet them both.

There was definite hail damage to the home so they filed an insurance claim with Nationwide and we helped assist them throughout the process. They were approved for a full roof replacement and we have since put a new roof on their home!

This customer called in letting us know that he needs a repair but was open to go through insurance if possible. We set up an appointment and I went out to do a full storm damage inspection. On my ground inspection I found damage to the HVAC unit, downspouts, and deck stain. I then performed my roof inspection and found damage to the soft metals and all slopes of the roof. They also had interior damage from a roof leak. We did a temporary tarp repair to stop further interior damages. The customer called Allstate and filed an insurance claim for hail damage and they scheduled a day for an adjuster to come out and assess the damage. When the adjuster came out they did their own inspection and agreed to hail damage. The customer was approved for a full roof replacement.

Customer called KEE Roofing because a tree had fallen on her house and damaged her roof. We worked with insurance to get the whole roof replaced and the deck repaired. Customer was very patient throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. I helped assist her through the insurance process from start to finish and she now has a new roof!

Customer called in saying that they had already filed an insurance claim but was denied by QBE so they wanted to get a second opinion and a free storm damage inspection done. I went out and met with the homeowner and proceeded to do my roof inspection and ground inspection. I found hail damage to the downspouts, soft metals of the roof, and all slopes of the roof. I informed the customer of my findings and they filed for a re-inspection with their insurance company. The new adjuster came out to the home and approved them for a full roof replacement. This customer contacted KEE Roofing for a free roof inspection. When I arrived, I let the homeowner know how the storm restoration process works and he understood and was good with it. I completed my full storm damage inspection and found hail damage to the gutters, downspouts, deck, all roof slopes, and the shed. The customer filed an insurance claim with Auto-Owners and I met with the independent adjuster on site when he came out to do his own inspection. He agreed with all damage and approved the customer. We received a call from this customer who had shingles that were installed improperly by a previous residential roofing company. She was also having a roof leak. I went out and still performed my full storm damage inspection as to which I did not find enough hail damage during my roof inspection or ground inspection to warrant a claim. However, there was a definite error during shingle installation. I let her know this and gave her a roof repair estimate. She was very grateful for our help and will be having her roof repaired soon!
