Roofing Company Travelers Rest, SC

We received a call from this customer who had a roof leak around their chimney. They informed us they had already filed an insurance claim and been approved for a full roof replacement through State Auto. I went out and still performed my full roof inspection as well as my ground inspection. I found hail damage to the downspouts, gutters, all slopes of the roof, and the soft metals. I showed the customer all of my findings and explained the insurance restoration process. New roof coming soon!

This customer was referred to us by someone from his church. He called into the office saying he had a leaking dormer and would like to go the insurance route but if not he would pay out of pocket. I went out and performed my full storm damage inspection and found several downspouts with damage, window screens that needed replacing, a damaged window wrap, and hail hits to all slopes of the roof. I showed the customer my findings and let him know it would warrant an insurance claim in my opinion. He filed a claim with Homesite and they sent an independent adjuster out who I met on site. The adjuster sent over his assessment to the insurance company and they approved him for a full roof replacement. New roof coming soon!

Mr. James called into KEE Roofing's office needing a Free Storm Inspection due to roof and siding storm damage to his home. I went out to his property and performed a Full Inspection to which I found damage on all downspouts, several window screens, the deck staining, and much more around the property. On the roof I found hail damage to every slope as well as all the soft metals. I then walked Mr. James through the process of filing a claim through insurance and met with the adjuster on-site when they came out. Mr. James received his Scope of Work from Homesite and called to let us know he was approved for a Full Roof Replacement!

Customer called us from the Woodland Creek subdivision after the recent strong storms for a full roof inspection. No significant damage was found to the roof, but customer did have a downspout that had disconnected from the gutter and the gutter had come loose from the house. We performed a gutter repair for the customer and will monitor his address for any future storms.

Our previous customer, who we had replaced siding on their home about a year ago, called us in the Woodland Creek subdivision after strong storms came through. They requested a full roof inspection. The damage was not severe to warrant an insurance claim at this time, but we did find several roofing maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. We completed a roof repair. The roof should have no issues moving forward and we will monitor their address for any future storms!

Customer called from The Summit of Cherokee Valley subdivision in Travelers Rest, SC. Customer requested a full roof inspection and condition report. Storm damage was minimal and did not warrant any roof repair or full roof replacement at this time. He can now rest assured his address will be monitored here at KEE Roofing. If any storms affect his address, we are notified and will come back to his property for a free storm damage inspection.

Customer called us regarding having multiple roof leaks around his solar panels. I performed a free roof Inspection and then wrote him a free roof repair estimate. I also found hail damage to his roof though, so I walked the customer through the optional claim process for filing a claim with his insurance company. In this case, we would push for full roof replacement due to hail damage through his insurance company, rather than the customer having to pay completely out of pocket for the solar panel leak repairs. Now the customer will possibly get a full new roof replacement, rather than just a roof repair. All for just the price of his deductible. I will be back to meet with his insurance adjuster next week.

Customer called us with a ridge vent issue from the recent high winds we experienced from all the storms. I performed my free roof inspection and found that the ridge vent had wind damage and was torn back on the roof. I wrote the customer a free roof repair estimate to replace the wind damaged ridge vent. The customer signed the repair estimate and we had our roofing repair techs repair the roof within a few hours, before the heavy rains started up again. No more leaks. Another happy customer!

Customer called us needing a new roof and was looking at having to pay completely out of pocket for the new roof. We did a full inspection and found hail damage, pulled a hail report to verify storm dates, walked them through the claim process, and then met with their insurance adjuster. They are now getting a brand new roof, covered by their insurance company and all they will owe out of pocket is their deductible. New roof coming soon!

Customer called with a three leaks and was looking to get a roof repair quote in the Southcreek Subdivision in Travelers Rest, SC. Upon my full roof and property inspection and hail report review, I saw that they had 3 hail storms at her home and found hail damage to all slopes of the roof. I walked the customer through the insurance claim process and we will be coming back out to meet her insurance adjuster for his inspection to point out all the damage and push for full roof replacement. We met with our customer's insurance adjuster onsite and were able to assist in pointing out the hail damage to help get them approved for full roof replacement, paid for by their insurance company! This will be the 7th home we have been able to get covered for hail damages in the Cliffs Valley Subdivision.

We just completed a roof repair for Jonothan where we re-flashed his leaking wall flashing and chimney. He should be in great shape now and also has a 5 year leak-free workmanship warranty on his repair.

Completing another full roof replacement, deck staining and interior repairs in Travelers Rest for the Millers. They called us for a simple roof repair, but after we conducted our full free roof inspection on their property, we were able to get them approved through insurance for hail damage. We installed a nice new Certainteed shingle on this one as well.
